This usually includes two methods: air pressure testing and hydraulic testing. The pressure resistance of the valve forging is tested by performing pressure testing on the valve forging. This ensures that the valve forging can still maintain stable and reliable operation under high pressure.
Valve forging manufacturers need to establish and implement a strict quality management system, including quality manuals, quality control procedures, quality inspection processes and quality tracking records. These documents and control procedures clarify the quality requirements and quality control measures of the products, ensuring that the quality is controllable and traceable.
